We facilitate and accelerate search and recruitment for these institutions from India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and China.

We are based in the UK and have offices in India where our teams liaise with local markets to identify and best nursing talents!

so what exactly do we do?

The seQuara team is focused on selecting, orienting, training male and female Nurses and preparing them for careers in Hopsitals, Care Homes, Hospices, Clinics and other Healthcare Institutions in Europe.

We ONLY look for Nurses with a recognised Bachelor's Degree and at least FIVE years of experience at reputable hospitals, although many of our nurses are more qualified than this.

Our nurses are articulate, confident, have an international level of English proficiency as well as being comfortable with using computer systems at work.

Once selected by our expert team, we train our nurses for specific certifications required in the UK and Europe.
